We Offer Plants for Garden Centers and Landscaping Services Firms

PERENNIALS
Our largest program, we grow over 3,000 different species and cultivars of perennials throughout the season. We offer stock for sale as soon as the weather clears in late March and we continue to offer a broad range of plant material until the snow flies in November.

TEMPERENNIALS
Hot tropical splashes of color! Quick-growing Temperennials add vibrant colors among perennial gardens. They also brighten up decks, patios and garden containers with cheerful summer color. Many Temperennials have very striking colors in their foliage!

ALPINES
Small, cute and rugged, alpine plants work well in rock gardens and border areas. Many alpines are well-suited for tough environments, such as stepping areas among stone walks, tucked into the crevices of rock walls or planted in tough soils.

FERNS
Many ferns have gone beyond green, offering shimmering colors of reds, blues and even jewel tones along their fronds and veins. Weeping, clumping or spreading, ferns offer a wide range of landscaping textures and many ferns can step away from the deep shade into areas of dappled sun. Few plants can grow as well in wet, shady conditions as a fern.

GRASSES
Sunny Border has introduced several important grasses to the industry, such as Pennisetum orientale 'Karley Rose'. Our selection offers tall and dramatic sculptural grasses to plants whose plumes are wild and wind-tossed.

VINES
Vines provide spectacular blooms with good vertical coverage with a choice of large or small flowers. They drape well over arbors, fences, or other support structures.

ROSES
We offer landscape shrub roses that are disease-resistant and hardy throughout much of the Northeast. We also have a good selection of climbers, shrub roses, and groundcover roses.

HERBS
We offer a selection of culinary, garden and ornamental herbs for a wide range of landscaping, groundcover or wallfront applications.
