Our plants are guaranteed to be true to name and we will replace them if proven otherwise. All orders subject to prior sale, crop failure, or causes beyond our control. All claims must be reported in writing within two weeks after receipt of goods. All returns must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
Any returned material will be charged a 20% handling fee.
